Q. I received a damaged or defected item. What do I do?
A. We are sorry that you received a damaged or defected item.
Please leave us a message on the Message Board within seven days of receiving your order and tell us how the eyewear is damaged or defected.
Please also include your ID (or order number) and your e-mail address. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that we will only be responsible for the delivery fees of exchange and returns
in cases where MUZIK Co., Ltd is responsible for the damage or defect in the product.

A. 请于您收到眼镜的七天之内以电邮的方式与我们联系。电邮中必须包含眼镜瑕疵处的照片、关于瑕疵处的文字说明以及您的会员帐号。如果您不是会员,请告诉我们您的订单号码。收到您的电邮之后,我们将尽快处理并与您联系。
MUZIK Co., Ltd 只会在需要为商品瑕疵负上责任的情况下,承担换货或退款过程中所发生的运费。
