Q. What is your Returns Policy?


A. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like a refund,

please leave us a message on the Message Board and let us know within seven days of receiving your order.


Please note that if you have changed your mind about your order,

the customer is expected to bear all delivery fees

and MUZIK Co., Ltd will not bear any delivery fees that occurs in any procedures of the refund.


The return and replace is impossible with the reasons for the defects in the gift items that are additionally presented. When the gift presented product is returned or exchanged, the gift must be new and unused. If the gift is used or value of it is lost as a gift, you must pay or we will deduct the depreciated amount based on the market price to refund. (Korea Consumer Agency)

请注意,如顾客并非因为眼镜瑕疵或收到错误的眼镜而申请退货的情况下,MUZIK Co., Ltd不会承担任何在退货过程中所发生的运费。


退货或退款时,您必须退回产品附带的物品,如果商品及附带物品已被使用并发生一定程度的破损,您需要支付一定金额。
