Q. I received a wrong item. What do I do?


A. We are sorry that you received a wrong item.

Please leave us a message on the Message Board within seven days of receiving your order,

and tell us your original order and which item(s) you have received instead.

Please also include your ID (or order number) and your e-mail address.


Please note that we will only be responsible for the delivery fees of exchange

and returns in cases where MUZIK Co., Ltd is responsible for the incorrect delivery of the order.

A. 请于您收到眼镜的七天之内透过留言板与我们联系。讯息中必须包含您的订单内容、所收到的眼镜型号、您的会员帐号以及电邮地址。如果您不是会员,请告诉我们您的订单号码。收到您的讯息之后,我们将尽快处理并与您联系。


MUZIK Co., Ltd 只会在需要为送货过程中的错误负上责任的情况下,承担交换货品或退款过程中所发生的运费。
